Undeveloped former quarry site within city limits. The current zoning of the site is MDR (Medium Density Residential) and RDT (Rural Development Transitional). The site is suitable for residential, commercial and/or industrial development. The City of Lake City has owned and maintained the site since 2003.

The Lake City Port Authority has commissioned a General Development Plan from SEH for the full site, detailing topography and future roadway and utility/infrastructure easements. The site is accessible to all utilities. Located near major employers, with frontage along Highway 63/Lyon Avenue.

The City would consider residential (owner occupied and/or rental), commercial and industrial uses for the site. Approximately half of the land is buildable with two lower areas suitable for stormwater management.
