The Lake City Port Authority collects, stores and maintains many types of data including financial information, programmatic information, applications and official records of Port Authority action. Due to the amount and variety of information the Port Authority collects, a set of procedures for access to this data has been developed and adopted by the Port Authority Board and is known as the Lake City Port Authority Data Practices Procedures.

Any person has the right to inspect or view public data or to have an explanation of the meaning of the data. Individuals who request information from the Port Authority should familiarize themselves with this document.
